We are looking for a bold, high-energy Vice President of Sales to spearhead our North American marked. This role is not for the faint-hearted—it demands an ambitious, hands-on leader, a team player who can craft and execute a winning strategy that propels our software-driven sales growth. You will have the mandate to build and develop a powerhouse sales team, establish and maintain deep-rooted industry relationships, and redefine how we bring our cutting-edge solutions to market.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Growth & Market Leadership: Design and drive a market-leading sales strategy that accelerates revenue growth and cements our position as an industry leader.
- Revenue & Expansion: Push boundaries by winning new business, strengthening partnerships, and maximizing the value of existing customers.
- Commercial Excellence: Develop robust pricing models, streamline sales processes, and ensure each deal delivers optimal profitability.
- Building an Elite Sales Team: Identify, attract, and develop top-tier sales professionals who thrive in a high-performance, results-driven environment.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Cultivate and sustain meaningful, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the IPP and Utility sectors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Marketing, Product Management, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to create a streamlined, customer-focused execution.
- Data-Driven Execution: Leverage analytics and CRM insights to sharpen forecasting, refine sales tactics, and ensure the team is always ahead of the curve.
- Transformation & Change Leadership: Drive the transition to a software-first sales approach, securing internal alignment and executing at scale.

Your profile
10+ years of high-level sales leadership experience in North America, ideally in renewable energy or enterprise software.
- A proven history of building, scaling, and leading elite sales teams in competitive B2B environments.
- Expertise in SaaS sales, complex enterprise solutions, and value-based selling.
- The ability to drive transformational change in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Masterful negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in global organizations and leading sales across multiple regions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
