We’re on the lookout for a Team Lead - Control & Power Systems to guide a talented group of control and power systems engineers. This role centers on driving the development of advanced grid control solutions and improving product development workflows through cutting-edge engineering principles, including automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD). Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of control and power systems engineers.
- Define and execute technical strategies for control product development and grid integration.
- Drive the adoption of automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices to streamline control system development.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of control strategies and grid connection solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, grid codes, and customer-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with software engineers to enhance control application development and deployment processes.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-time results.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, customers, and regulatory bodies to align technical efforts with business goals.
