Senior Compliance Manager - Cybersecurity OT

About the job

We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Compliance Manager with a passion for cybersecurity and a focus on operational technology (OT) security and compliance within the energy sector.

In this position, you can utilize your cybersecurity skills and business understanding by joining a team of compliance specialists, ensuring value and tangible customer results.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, preferably from the energy industry, with a proven track record of solving complex projects within the cybersecurity domain from scope definition to implementation and continuous improvement measures.

The role

The role of Senior Compliance Manager typically includes the following:

• Ensure requirements to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as NERC-CIP, ISO 270001, and NIS2.
• Educate and clarify regulations, compliance, and processes for/with customers.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to customers and colleagues.

Background

To excel in this role, we imagine you have:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the cyber security industry, focusing on OT security and compliance within the energy sector.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in building strategies for large and complex projects within the cybersecurity domain.
• A proven track record of working with compliance and meeting the goals of regulations within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• An understanding of OT hardware & ICS components.
