About the job

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Onboarding team and play a key role in delivering projects for German-speaking clients. You’ll coordinate stakeholders, keep timelines on track, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate deliverables with stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project timelines
  • Plan and follow up on activities
  • Clarify project scope and manage budgets
  • Handle change orders
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Drive improvements through lessons learned

Your background

  • Solid experience managing projects independently
  • Recognized PM certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or similar)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly under pressure
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • (Bonus) Technical background or experience in renewables
