NRGi Renewables selects Opoura software to manage its 300 MW energy portfolio

NRGi Renewables has signed an agreement with software provider Opoura for the management and optimization of its 22 wind and solar PV parks across Denmark. Opoura’s platform is already in use at Mind Energy, which is partly owned by NRGi, and the positive experience from that collaboration helped lay the foundation for this new partnership.
SILKEBORG, DENMARK – December 2, 2025 – NRGi Renewables is entering a new phase of operational efficiency by unifying the management of its 300 MW energy portfolio within a single software platform from Opoura. As energy producers increasingly operate diverse assets and technologies in parallel, the need for integrated systems that streamline data management and optimize production continues to rise.
By implementing Opoura’s OneView® Portfolio SCADA platform, NRGi Renewables will centralize operations, performance monitoring, and maintenance within one solution. This integration strengthens the company’s ability to make data-driven decisions and frees up valuable time to focus on optimizing energy generation.

Drawing on experience from the home market
Opoura’s portfolio platform has been on the market for many years and is a well-established solution among several Danish energy companies, including Mind Energy (formerly Energi Danmark), which NRGi partly owns.
The fact that Opoura now expands its customer base on its home turf is a strategically important step for the company, according to Opoura’s Vice President Sales Europe, Jacob Stammer Larsen:
